The Information Centre, located on the first floor of the university building, provides information about the study process, accepts submissions, and issues individual protocols, certificates, and other documents. On the second floor, staff of the Study Information Department provide information regarding decisions of the Study Affairs Committee, student academic performance, tuition fees, study loans, and other questions related to the study process.
